DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
The program will take place in the form of 6 meetings (each meeting lasts about an hour and a half) so that I will first draw up a customized activity schedule with each participant. Likewise, everyone will receive their own compiled food menu for the entire 21 days. Food plays an important role in feeling anxious feelings, you will find out which foods literally keep your anxiety alive. You will learn which foods you can eat and which are not recommended for an already sensitive nervous system. Then you will learn what real traditional yoga is and what yoga techniques are important for cleaning the body and mind, which means that after completing the program you will already know how to meditate independently. Yoga is definitely the only discipline that has been proven to relieve anxiety symptoms. We will walk through the entire medical anatomy of the body where we will study the sympathetic nervous system, the vagus nerve and brain function (fight or flight). How to act when a panic attack develops and how to prevent it (3 minute rule). We will learn how to calm our thoughts - we are not our thoughts, which will be especially important in understanding obsessive compulsive thoughts, you will learn why OCD or obsessive compulsive disorder develops and agoraphobia, or the fear of leaving the safe comfort of home. Social phobia or fear of crowds is just another symptom of anxiety that we will learn to manage. And how to simply embrace life with an extremely sensitive sympathetic nervous system. MY ANXIETY WAY
It was the year 2001 and the month of March, how well I remembered this year, this month and day, still after so many years this is the memory of the month that I look forward to every year with awe, this is the day and month that he only listed different years and there were as many as 20 of them. How could a person not remember the day that changed his life. I was in the most beautiful years at the tender age of 17, as you know when you are just starting to live, when you start to realize yourself, life. At the time, I had no idea how thorny my path would be, a path of anxiety, misunderstanding of other people and looking for external reasons for poor physical well-being. But it was precisely the search for a solution through inner peace that led me to the path of yoga. I came across yoga by chance while reading books that I took with me on a trip at the time. I took two books, the first with the title "tai chi" and the second with the title "yoga". The first book that opened my eyes was a yoga book that I left open forever after only a few lines and never closed it. I still read it today, it became my way of life. After the first course and then advanced education and all the many years of education at home and around the world, today I stand proudly here with my yoga school, which I have successfully run for 15 years and the only yoga school in Slovenia that has a world license to teach yoga teachers for pregnant women and children . Yoga is my savior, was and always will be. With the help of yoga practice and proper nutrition, I managed to "save myself" and that is the case even today. Therefore, based on my own experience, I can confirm that anyone can do it, it's just necessary to do something. And that's why I'm here to show you the way, I believe everything happens for a purpose and you too will find your purpose and reason, I'm sure you'll succeed.
