CONTINUING YOGA TEACHER TRAINING
RYT 500
The program is intended for everyone who wants to live and work in accordance with the philosophy of yoga, who wants to deepen the practice of teaching yoga at an advanced level. After successfully completing the course, you will be able to register with the American Yoga Alliance and obtain the RYT-500 designation. Or at the Yoga Association of Slovenia and earned the RJU 600 title.
DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAM
The advanced yoga teacher course consists of 9 weekend meetings (Saturday and Sunday between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m.). A detailed study and practice of advanced yoga techniques awaits us. We will get to know the advanced use of basic yoga aids, mudras and bandhas, also in a physical sense. We will examine advanced pranayama techniques, mantra yoga - using sound in practice, meditation and bhavana techniques, shat kriya. We will embark on a journey of a very detailed understanding of the anatomy and physiology of yoga, an in-depth understanding of the pancha maya model and pancha prana. We will study in detail the psychological concepts of yoga and the upanishads or scriptures and yoga sutras (asanas like "upavesana, sarira anga vinyasa). We will learn about the 5 different states and 5 pranas and the model of guru prasadam. We will learn the qualification of pranayam according to number, time and duration , as well as the sama-visama model and the sandhi pranayama krama vrtti model.In short, a real exploration of yoga awaits us, which is so vast that if we wanted to study it in one lifetime it would be too short.

- The tuition fee does not include lectures by other guest lecturers who are invited to visit (we divide the smaller amount between us).
