I am Grozda Gayatri the founder of Gayatri & Satya Yoga School and I am an experienced yoga (E-RYT-500) and meditation teacher, pregnancy yoga teacher (RPYT) and children's yoga teacher. I have been successfully running the Gayatri Slovenija Yoga School for 20 years. I have more than 2,000 hours of group and individual yoga classes behind me. I spent my youth traveling the world, learning from spiritual sages throughout Asia and South America. My experience of the essence of yoga comes from my own experiences and research. I want to share all this knowledge with other people, give them strength and hope to find and recognize themselves again and, above all, to deepen their inner awareness. I am still constantly upgrading my knowledge at various yoga seminars and teacher courses with Indian sages and other world-renowned teachers at home and around the world. Currently, I teach yoga independently in Ljubljana and lead 300- and 500-hour teacher courses and yoga teacher courses for pregnant women under the auspices of the American Yoga Alliance and the Yoga Association of Slovenia. Learn to overcome emotional barriers, anxiety, stress, anxiety disorders. I adapt physical and breathing exercises to each individual, regardless of body structure, mobility or health status. Through yoga asanas, pranayama and meditation, you will find inner peace again.
