PRENATAL YOGA
(From the 13th week of pregnancy)
We know that physical and psychological well-prepared women carries a pregnancy better. The exercise involves breathing techniques (adjusted for pregnant women ), relaxation, meditation, visualization, delivery, and much more. PRENATAL YOGA is given to women in the most beautiful period of life, during pregnancy (from 13 weeks). We know that physical and psychological well-prepared to help a pregnant woman carries the pregnancy and be better prepared for childbirth and after you recover faster. Training includes breathing techniques (for pregnant women), relaxation, meditation, visualization birth.
POSTNATAL
You can join again yoga after 6-8 weeks after vaginal childbirth, if you have had a C-section, the period during which you can connect is a little longer and it depends on each individuals, in this case, it is best to consult with your gynecologist. The goal of yoga after giving birth is to help the body to return to the state as it was before pregnancy. The focus is of course on strengthening the muscles of the whole body, primarily the pelvic floor.
